Medallions:
As you may know there are six medallions in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Forest, Light, Fire, Water, Spirit, and Shadow. Yet, those are the final names upon release. The former names of these scrapped medallions were.
* Wind
* Ice
* Fire
* Darkness
* Soul
The previous list had individual powers/spells upon the idea of the scripture of this 1998 video game but then was later scrapped and the final names: Forest, Light, Fire, Water, Spirit, and Shadow were made into the game's final release. Here is a list of the powers that were supposed to be in the game.
*WIND - Also known as the Forest Medallion upon final release, it is green in color, you can be able to warp whenever you are in danger.
*LIGHT - Is was supposed to be white in color in the beta testing, but it was turned into yellow in color upon final release. The power/spell that Light is supposed to have is the ability to illuminate small areas.
*FIRE - It is red in color, with a flame on it. it remained unchanged upon final release only difference is lack of power and the change of name. The power is like din's fire in a way. Lots of blazing flames.
*ICE - Also known as the Water Medallion upon final release it is blue in color, and the design was like a snowflake. You can be able put out fires.
*DARKNESS - Known as the Shadow Medallion was black in color in the pilot, but in the game's final release, it is a violet purple. and it is supposed to give you the ability to turn the room to pitch black, so enemies cannot see you.
*SOUL - The soul medal also known as the Spirit Medallion was yellow in color in the pilot, then later changed to the color orange upon final release. It is supposed to give you the power to turn Link into Navi and fly around.
You can find the Scrapped medallions >>HERE<<
And also, there is also a Beta Ocarina of Time and Lens of truth. And as you can see the 6 Arrow types, we are also supposed to bind these powers with our arrows.
